The Cafe Del Mar opened in 2006, by Richard Soares a qualified Chef of some 12 years, with many years spent as a Head Chef in top London restaurants. The business has developed, grown and established a reputation as a cornerstone of the community in Wallington, servicing offices, local businesses and the public alike.
